- WARNING: Remove large crystal as it begins to expose from the wax. Ensure the wick is not lit when doing so. Use a spoon or similar object- crystal will be hot, handle with caution.

- Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the order date.
- Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will be processed on Tuesday of the following week.

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number for your order. If you choose In Store Pick Up, you will still receive this email once your order has been manually fulfilled and ready for pick up.
- At this time, we are unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska due to the high costs of shipping. If you wish to pay the shipping charge to have it shipped to these states, please contact us.

We offer in-store pick up for online orders – please choose In Store Pick Up for the desired location when you check out.
If this option is chosen, please allow up to 2-4 business day to complete your order. Your order may need to be transferred from store to store to be completed
*Please note that our online stock is based off of both locations inventory. Depending on where you item is available, it could take several days to be transferred from store to store for in store pick up. You will receive an email when your order is available for pick up.
