We happily accept online returns received within 15 days of order shipment date for online credit; a store credit code will be emailed to you after we receive your return.
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of order shipment date, in it's original condition with tags attached.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and smoke free.
All returns will be eligible for online store credit only, there are no refunds.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, your name, email and reason for return.
Returns can be made in person at beyourself boutique (at the Lincoln or Omaha location) if purchased online, but for online credit only.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and packaging.
If an item is returned after the 15 day window, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the item to be shipped back to them. beyourself boutique will email an invoice for shipping to be paid for by the customer.

We quality check all of our items before shipping them out. However, if you receive a damaged item please allow us to correct it for you!
Damaged item reports must be made within 3 days of receiving the garment, if it has been more than 3 days, we will not be able to replace the item.
Original tags must still be attached to the damaged garment and we must be informed of the damage/defect before the garment is worn.
If it has been within the 3 day period, we will cover return shipping costs as well as replace the garment.
If we no longer have then garment in stock, a online credit promo code will be issued.
Due to our limited quantity of inventory and rapidly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges directly. If you would like to exchange an item for another size you will need to send the item with its original packaging and packing slip to our returns address. Once the item has been received, we will issue a store credit promo code for the amount of the item. You may then purchase the correct size. We cannot guarantee you that the item you are wanting to exchange will be in stock.
